DuoUp Child Safety Standards

At DuoUp, we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This document sets out our standards on this subject, how our users can report concerns, and what we do when we receive a report.

1. Strictly Prohibited

The following are strictly prohibited on DuoUp, with no exceptions:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or linking to any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM),
• Sharing content that sexualizes, sexually depicts, or sexually describes children,
• Attempting to contact a child for sexual purposes, or deceiving or preparing a child for such purposes (grooming),
• Facilitating, encouraging, or benefiting from child trafficking, child prostitution, or any other form of child sexual exploitation,
• Sexualizing imagery of children (including content produced with AI or editing tools),
• Creating an account on behalf of, or under the identity of, a person under 18.

These prohibitions apply to profile information, profile photos, listing descriptions, messages, and every other content area in the app.

2. Age Requirement

DuoUp is intended only for people aged 18 and over. You must confirm that you are over 18 when creating an account. When we identify a user under 18, we close the account and delete their data. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for details.

3. Reporting — How to Tell Us

A “Report” option is available on every user profile, listing, and match screen in the app. For a child safety concern, select “Child safety” as the reason — reports in this category are handled as a priority.

Where possible, include the profile name of the user concerned, the date, and a brief description. The identity of the person making a report is not shared with the reported user.

4. What We Do When We Receive a Report

1. Review. Reports in the child safety category are prioritized ahead of other reports and reviewed.
2. Content removal. Once a violation is confirmed, the content is removed without delay.
3. Account action. The account concerned is suspended or permanently closed. No warning stage applies to violations of this rule.
4. Preservation of evidence. Relevant records are retained, to the extent permitted by applicable law, for reporting to the authorities and any subsequent investigation.
5. Reporting to the authorities. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the competent authorities as described in the section below.

5. Reporting to the Authorities

We report confirmed child sexual abuse material to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable law:

• Türkiye: Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK) — İhbar Web (ihbarweb.org.tr, “Child Sexual Abuse” category). Where necessary, a criminal complaint is filed with the Office of the Chief Public Prosecutor.
• International: National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) — CyberTipline.

We also comply with applicable child safety legislation and platform policies, and we respond to properly issued requests from competent authorities.

7. Changes

We may update these standards from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
